Apple certainly is not scoring well. When you read the court play by play below it gives the feeling that it isn’t as much a problem of legal position as of an incompetent legal team being defeated by a creative legal team. Really curious to see the way Tim Cook reacts. Recall his strong stance on IP. Can he back it up?

Here’s my ‘original’ thinking on how Apple can win in the courts. With close to a $100 billion they certainly ought to be able to buy Quinn Emanuel’s representation. Unless of course they value their morals so much as to refuse such a lucrative offer.
